Condition Guide
🔹 Refurbished – Grade B1 (Like New)
The packaging has been opened, with slight and irremovable signs of use, but the product is fully functional and comes with all accessories. The original protective packaging (such as the shipping box) may be missing, but the original packaging is intact, with possible minor damage.

🔹 Refurbished – Grade B2 (Very Good)
The product is fully functional and comes with all accessories but may show more noticeable signs of wear, such as small scratches or other irremovable blemishes. The packaging may be damaged or replaced.

🔹 Refurbished – Grade C1 (Like New)
The product is fully functional but missing some accessories. The packaging has been opened, with slight and irremovable signs of use. The original protective packaging (such as the shipping box) may be missing, but the original packaging is intact, with possible minor damage.

🔹 Refurbished – Grade C2 (Very Good)
The product is missing some accessories and fully functional but may have minor issues that can be resolved by contacting Snapmaker Support. It may show more obvious signs of wear, such as scratches or other irremovable blemishes. The packaging may be damaged or replaced.

🔹 Refurbished – Grade D (Defective)
Defective unit with one or more issues. Troubleshooting with Snapmaker Support and purchasing replacement parts may be required. The product may be missing original packaging or accessories.

Note: Grade B products include after-sales service and free replacement of defective accessories or modules (within 7 days of receipt). Grade C and D products are only eligible for after-sales service. Replacement of damaged accessories or modules must be purchased at the customer’s own expense.
