At Snapmaker US, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and modules. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in the original Snapmaker packaging, ensuring all modules, tools, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated US service center, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
