Does Snapmaker offer a warranty on its 3-in-1 3D printers?
Yes, all new Snapmaker machines purchased through our official US store come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the product is opened and used, a restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Are software updates for Luban free to download?
Absolutely. Snapmaker Luban is our proprietary open-source software, and all updates, features, and firmware improvements are provided free of charge to our users.
